Entry Rules

WeWork is the only official ticket seller for WeWork Summer Camp 2019. Tickets bought from other websites are fraudulent tickets and will not be honored.

Remember to fill out each ticket with an individual name per access ticket. The name on the ticket must match the Camper’s name on the government-issued ID.

Ticket Transfer Policy

Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased. You are more than welcome to sell or gift your ticket to a friend. You will need to email summercamp@wework.com to change the name on your ticket.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No partial refunds, full refunds, or exchanges will be issued.

Payment Plan

If you are interested in a payment plan of monthly installments, you’ll have the option to select this when purchasing your ticket on the payment page.

 

A deposit of 50% of your total purchase will be due at the time of your booking, and you will be charged for the monthly installment amount on the payment date listed in your payment plan. If you need to enter or update your credit card information, you can do so by contacting summercamp@wework.com. Please note that all final payments for your remaining balance must be made by 30 June, 2019 or we reserve the right to cancel your booking without any partial refunds.

For Group Bookings

The group leader who is creating the booking will be prompted to pay the 50% deposit for the group. If you have multiple customers in a group booking, payments will be automatically split per customer, based off of accommodation and add on selections made for each respective customer. Once the booking is complete, the group leader must let their friends know to log in and enter their billing information or the monthly installments cannot be processed and the full booking will be canceled.
